Growing up I was always the Skinny Fat kid. One day I decided to make a change and could not stick to the diet nor did I want to work out Over the course of years I was so tired of being skinny and wanted to really level up.Over this fitness journey that I've been on, I realized that motivation is not gonna make you stay consistent. Discipline will. That is what I am here for, I am here to make sure you get ahold of your goals and not let them go.
